Small Commercial Properties: Small commercial properties and single retail properties under 5000 sq ft will be priced using standard residential pricing. REALTORS® may choose to include a video interview and/or community video for an additional fee.These can includethe following:

- Small Warehouses and shipping facilities
Larger Commercial Properties: Commercial properties over 5000 sq ft will be priced on a sliding scale formula based on square footage/square meters and usage. These types of properties can include the following:
- Strip Malls and Shopping Centers
- Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities
- Large Warehouses
- Car Lots And Dealerships
