FLAT RATE STANDARD RESIDENTIAL AND DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE

Overview

Flat rate pricing is our traditional pricing model for residential properties and available everywhere that Vidlisting provides services. Flat rate refers to a single upfront payment - the exact payment can vary by geographic area. This package includes the following services at no additional cost:

Onsite filming
Standard level video editing
Transcript generation and translation
Professional narration in three languages
Conversion to online and downloadable digital formats
Hosting online for up to 6 months
Standard level distribution to other real estate portals
Standard level widgets for use in your own website or weblog

In most cases, final videos will be between 2 and 5 minutes after editing. Videos provided to REALTORS® in the United States will also include an unbranded version of the video suitable for use in local MLS systems.

Pricing

This pricing model has a single flat rate fee depending on the geographic area where the property is located. There are no further payments for the duration of the contract. There is also no variance on pricing for properties up to 5000 square feet (or 500 square meters) and within a reasonable distance of most metropolitan areas. Volume pricing is available to REALTORS®, brokers, property developers, and real estate organizations. Members of certain real estate agencies, associations, and other organizations may have pre-negotiated special pricing available to them. Those offering properties over 5000 square feet or 500 square meters should consider our luxury real estate video residential package.

The advantages of this package are speed to market and cost. You’ll be able to share our audience of prospective buyers rapidly and with minimum investment of time/money. Your total time investment is about 30-45 minutes at the property and your video will be ready and online in approximately 3 business days. Your cost is one time and fixed at a very reasonable rate.
