Transcript Generation Services

Overview

Transcript generation is an administrative service that allows customers to make transcripts from existing video narrations. This is a human based service which allows greater accuracy but at economical cost.

Uses

This service can be used in three ways:

  1. Generating a transcript for an uploaded video that has will be used within the Vidlisting infrastructure (this would normally be in conjunction with the professional narration service). The video may have existing narration or no narration at all and be generated in conjunction with the Professional Narration Service. The transcript would be available for download via the Vidlisting interface. Please note that this option is only available for residential/commercial property videos, developments, and video interviews at this time. If your video is not in one of these categories, you’ll need to use options #2 or #3.
  2. Making a transcript from an existing narration contained within an uploaded video and delivering the transcript via email to the customer.
  3. Generating transcripts in additional languages for a given video without using the narration service and delivering the transcript via email to the customer.

Pricing

  • Transcript generation is included for three languages at no additional cost in all complete packages that are filmed by our company.
  • Content creators and producers that upload real estate videos to our system can use the transcript generation service for a discounted fee calculated by the number of minutes in the uploaded video.
  • Transcript generation in any supported language can also occur for video content creators and producers that choose not to have their content displayed on our network or who have content that fall outside of the categories listed in Option #1 above.
